Following the devastating fire on 8 February 2024 when the wood working production was lost the Directors of Getama agreed that production of all Getama Wegner models are transferred to Carl Hansen and Son as of January 2025 with anticipated production in 2026.

The GE12 series of low tables were designed to compliment the GE34 armchair and sofa series. Designed in 1957, they demonstrate Wegner’s forward thinking in the design of furniture for commercial and public spaces. Today the contempory feel of these tables is suitable for all environments and are as modern in appearance as when first designed almost sixty years ago.
